The Atlantic city blackjack variation is played in a shoe with eight decks of cards and the dealer must stand on soft seventeen just like in European blackjack , players are allowed to double on the first two cards and after a split , with Atlantic city blackjack you can form up to the three total hands by re-splitting . Late surrender is accepted and the odds are still in your favor with the house only having a 0.35% advantage.
Double exposure blackjack is very popular because it is seemingly easy because both the dealers cards are dealt face up , this version is played in a shoe with eight decks , the dealer hits on soft seventeen , you can only double down on hard nine or eleven , you can re-split to get four separate hands . With double exposure blackjack the odds are in favor of the house as it has a 0.69% advantage.
